The room was spotless, and it even had my name on the TV when we checked in. Free breakfast was great, filled my belly before a long day, can't beat that!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Some staff were exceptionally nice. The breakfast team was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, making my workout enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, which felt inviting.

However, there was a noticeable lack of shampoo refills in the room during housekeeping.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Aurora. The room was clean and nicely modern, with a spacious layout. I appreciated the fixed bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower. they were a nice upgrade compared to tiny hotel bottles. The bed felt comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options that were tasty. However, I faced a few issues. The elevator wasn't working, which made getting to my fourth-floor room a hassle. I had to hike up the stairs when I wasn't feeling well that day, which was tough. Also, my room wasn’t stocked with towels upon check-in, though the staff quickly provided them. I'd caution those sensitive to strong fragrances—the toiletries provided were heavily perfumed. Despite these hiccups, I would consider staying here again. Overall, it had a lot of positives that made my trip enjoyable.

Unexpected joy by the pool

The hotel was stunning! The cleanliness of the entire property impressed me, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

However, the noise from the nearby road was a bit distracting at night. It made it hard to fully unwind before bed.

Elevators malfunctioning during peak times require urgent attention!!! Insufficient cleaning details lead to frustration and uncertainty about services offered!!! Stains on furniture reflect poorly on housekeeping standards!!!
